Piet Boon (b. 1958) started his career as a contractor. Now, 25 years later, he is one of the most well-known Dutch designers. Together with his wife Karin, he leads a design studio with a team of architects and designers. The point of departure for his designs is that, besides a well-thought-out design, they should be timeless and made to last. A distinctive element for his work is his love of pure, genuine and natural materials. The ONE collection by Piet Boon can be described as basic chic, with attention to operational comfort and detail. Not only the design but as well the material is made to last, being fully made of stainless steel.
